Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong experience in RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and a passion for AI-driven automation. You will lead automation programs, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of intelligent solutions across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for RPA and AI initiatives.
  • Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee design, development, and deployment of automation solutions (POCs, pilots, production).
  • Facilitate workshops with business SMEs to gather requirements and document processes.
  • Drive integration of AI technologies (ML, NLP, intelligent document processing) into RPA solutions.
  • Mentor developers and junior program managers to build team capability.
  • Monitor program performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of program/project management experience in automation or technical domains.
  • Hands-on expertise with RPA platforms (UiPath required; Blue Prism, Power Automate preferred).
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications.
  • Familiarity with programming (.Net, Java, Python, SQL) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in process flow-charting tools (Visio or equivalent).
  • Extra: Experience with document management (Kofax, ABBYY), data integration (Informatica, SSIS), or BPM tools (Pega).
