Developer Role and Responsibilities :

Your specific duties will be based upon your experience as a Full Stack Engineering Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-scale web applications and APIs in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely together with our enthusiastic team of both business and technical specialists. You will be part of a fast-growing, successful team that helps our clients maximize their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Engineering & Solution Architecture

• Design and develop enterprise-scale web applications and APIs.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality production code across frontend and backend technologies.
• Architect scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise applications.
• Define application architecture standards, coding practices, and development guidelines.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

AI & GenAI Enablement

• Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions within enterprise applications.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, Copilot, LLMs, or similar AI technologies into business workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered business solutions.

Enterprise Application Ownership

• Own and manage enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, and internal business applications.
• Drive application modernization and continuous improvements.
• Ensure seamless integrations across enterprise platforms.

Cloud & DevOps

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Manage application hosting, infrastructure planning, release management, and production deployments.
• Implement secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead software engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices.
• Drive Agile delivery and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with business leaders to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Software Engineering, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on coding expertise with modern application development frameworks.
